The fishing lodge
Nordic Wood has supplied several fishing lodges in the UK market. Some have been supplied for taking guests and others for tackling shops and sales office.
A small size log cabin is ideal for short term lets to guests at a fishing lake or river. The cabin offers a bedroom, loft area bathroom and kitchenette. On the terrace is a storage room for boots and the cabin even has a special room for gas cylinders The roof was covered with cedar shingles to match into the terrain.
A total cost around £20,000 for this type of cabin will provide a good rental income. |
