Log cabin building materials

To complete the build of a bespoke log cabin there are a few essentials. As a Nordic company we can offer a range of high quality building material at very competitive prices:

Indoor flooring & panelling: We offer solid wood floors and panels  from Siljan Wood, one of the largest Swedish floor manufacturers.

Subfloor: Insulated floors improve the room comfort and save energy. We supply a specialised bitumen sub floor for the insulation layer to rest on.

Roof: If you want something other than the standard shingles you can upgrade to Isola shingles, where you can pick shapes and colour, with a 15 year product guarantee or cedar wood shingles. We also offer a metal sheet alternative.

Paint: The finish to the cabin and any wood product is important for protection against the weather. We supply the best of paint and varnishes available in Scandinavia. For fire protection of all wood we offer special paint and varnishes upgrading the timber to British Standard fire protection requirements.
